Our meals evolve with the seasons, meaning there’s no set menu—just fresh, nourishing, and balanced dishes that meet your recovery needs.

Each day includes:

  • 2 Daily Teas: Mama Recovery tea and Sweet Water lactation tea to support healing, relaxation, and lactation.

  • Sipping Broth: A nourishing bone or vegetable broth to aid recovery and provide essential nutrients.

  • One Breakfast: A nutrient-rich meal such as oatmeal porridge, chia pudding, or congee to start the day with energy.

  • One Lunch: A hearty, easily digestible dish like kitchari, lentil soup, or savory moong dal pancakes for midday nourishment.

  • One Dinner: A balanced meal such as chicken ginger soup, rejuvenation stew, or salmon with veggies for recovery and replenishment.
