1:1 Nutritional Coaching:
This service is for the expectant or postpartum mother who wants a meal plan tailored specifically to her body’s unique needs. You may already be experiencing postpartum depletion and need help restoring your vitality, or you’re pregnant and desire a strategic approach. We’ll work together through your first 40 days to craft your meal plan. You can implement your meal plan with friends or family, or choose to have your meals delivered or picked up.
Hospital Meal Delivery:
Say goodbye to junky hospital food! We’ll deliver delicious meals straight to your hospital room, so you can be nourished from the get go. Choose your meals from our Hospital bundle package using our online ordering system.
2, 4, or 6 day Meal Plans:
Package your meals for short or long term support with a holistic meal plan. We will tailor it to the season of postpartum you are in! Choose from our seasonal menu and place your order using our online ordering system.

Yes, you can buy them ahead and freeze as you prepare for postpartum!

Yes! Our menus are suggestions, but you can switch items to your liking. If you prefer a highly customized menu to your nutritional needs, our 1:1 coaching is for you!

Yes! If you have an allergy to an ingredient or simply don’t like the taste of it, you can remove it upon ordering.

Yes, if you choose the daily option you can get your food fresh daily pickup.

Anyone within Olympia can receive delivery for an extra charge.

Yes. We are Gluten free and can remove any other ingredients that you don’t want in your meals.
